Job description
My client is seeking a performance-driven Paid Social Specialist to run high-impact LinkedIn and Meta campaigns that build pipeline and elevate brand visibility across multiple sectors and regions. You'll own the strategy and day-to-day execution, partnering closely with content, product marketing and regional leads to test, learn and scale what works.
What you'll do
Build, manage and optimise LinkedIn & Meta campaigns across multiple geographies.
Own targeting, bidding, ad copy, creative direction and audience segmentation.
Run structured testing on ads and landing pages to lift conversion and pipeline quality.
Partner with the Head of Digital Acquisition on smart budget allocation by region/product.
Brief and collaborate with content/design to deliver on-goal creative.
Report against CTR, CPL, lead quality, pipeline contribution and ROI.
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithms and best practice to keep performance sharp.
Requirements
3-5 years' hands-on B2B paid social experience (SaaS/tech ideal).
Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Strong grasp of audience strategy, creative best practice and measurement.
Confident translating data into clear actions and iterations.
Comfortable in cross-functional, fast-paced teams.
Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot, GA4 and attribution tools.
