What You'll Be Doing

Integrating and supporting third-party backup solutions, with a strong focus on platforms like NetBackup
Building in-house applications for testing and capacity management
Collaborating globally to meet customer needs
Advising on technical solutions and troubleshooting

Requirements

Solid grasp of on-premise tech: storage, networking, OS
Proven experience with backup/data protection platforms - ideally NetBackup or similar enterprise-grade solutions
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
Team spirit and a proactive mindset
