Junior IT Engineer Up to £25,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Paid Overtime Bristol and surrounding areas

About the Role As a Junior IT Engineer, you will travel to customer sites to carry out installations, upgrades, and maintenance of our systems. This includes tasks such as software updates, hardware setup, cabling, and troubleshooting. This position is ideal for someone starting their career in technology and looking for progression opportunities. With the right attitude and skills, you could advance to a Senior Engineer role and take ownership of projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, including software installations, networking, and Microsoft Windows OS
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical issues effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach
  • Clear and confident communication abilities
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for travel)
  • Ability to pass a DBS check, as you will work within educational environments
