Job description

Design, launch, and manage sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, eAuctions) across categories.

Ensure effective supplier onboarding, communication, and bid evaluation within eSourcing tools.

Support category managers and buyers with hands-on execution of sourcing events.

Track and report on sourcing performance metrics (savings, cycle times, supplier participation).

Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in eSourcing technologies and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades as needed.

Act as super-user and subject matter expert for eSourcing platforms (e.g., Keelvar, Archlet, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua).

Lead implementation and rollout of new procurement technologies (P2P, Supplier Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, analytics tools).

Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support to procurement users.

Partner with IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of procurement systems.

Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and digitize procurement processes with enterprise- wide impact.

Stay current on market trends in procurement technology and recommend improvements. #LI-MM2
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (Master's or professional certifications a plus).
- 7-10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a strong track record in eSourcing event executions.
- Proven experience with eSourcing platforms (Keelvar, Archlet, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to support technology implementation and adoption projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across cultures and functions.
- Self-starter with a result-driven, hands-on mindset and strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
