Job description

As a Lotus Notes Developer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HCL Notes infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. In this role, you will administer and maintain HCL Notes/servers, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. You will work in an agile team alongside colleagues from Switzerland and Spain.

  • Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the HCL Notes/Domino platform to meet business needs
  • Design, develop, and enhance HCL Notes/Domino applications, customizing workflows, forms, and databases to optimize business processes
  • Integrate Notes applications with third-party systems and APIs
  • Debug, test, and deploy application updates
  • Maintain documentation for applications, configurations, and development standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose solutions
  • Support migration projects from HCL Notes to other platforms, if required
