Job description

  • Develop and maintain technical components within Oracle HCM Fusion (including Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, VBCS…)
  • Customize workflows and approval processes using BPM.
  • Configure and enhance integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP web services, and other middleware tools.
  • Build, enhance, and troubleshoot inbound/outbound integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications (payroll systems).
  • Provide technical support for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Recruiting.
  • Identify root causes of system issues and implement permanent resolutions.
  • Support quarterly Oracle patches and regression testing.
  • Work closely with functional consultants, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide training, knowledge transfer, and best practices guidance to teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud technology is a must.
  • Strong expertise in: HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI + Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, etc.) + HDL, PBL, and data migration techniques + REST/SOAP APIs & Oracle Integration Cloud + SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
  • Hands-on experience supporting multiple HCM modules.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM functional workflows.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments.
