Join to apply for the Implementation Consultant role at Zycus Zycus is looking for Solution Architects OR Solutions Consultant OR Implementation Consultants for our Customer Value Management (CVM) team who will bring together solution architecture expertise with customer success and value delivery. The role is ideal for seasoned Solution Architects in Procurement (S2P/P2P) who want to leverage their design, consulting, and advisory experience to drive measurable business outcomes for customers post-implementation. As a CVM, you will use your deep expertise in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Procurement Transformation, and CLM to design value roadmaps, optimize procurement platforms, and ensure customers maximize ROI. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients-providing thought leadership, best practices, and governance-while influencing solution adoption, scalability, and integration with broader business objectives. Role & Responsibilities Client Engagement & Advisory * Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, procurement leaders, and IT teams. * Translate complex procurement requirements into strategic solution roadmaps. * Lead workshops and design sessions with clients to define business goals, KPIs, and transformation objectives. * Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, RFP responses, and proposal defense. * Collaborate with Program/Project Managers to ensure successful and on-time delivery of projects. * Mitigate risks by proactively identifying architectural issues and proposing alternative approaches. * Ensure seamless integration of procurement solutions with ERP, HR, Finance, and third-party systems. * Provide thought leadership on emerging procurement technologies and industry best practices. * Own the solution design for large and complex procurement transformation programs. * Define end-to-end Source-to-Pay architecture, covering upstream (sourcing, contracts, supplier management) and downstream (requisitions, invoicing

payments) processes. * Develop architecture blueprints, integration strategy, and data models across Cloud Procurement Suites and ERP/financial systems. * Evaluate client requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable configuration/solution approaches. * Ensure alignment of the technical solution with customer business processes and long-term strategy. Configuration Oversight & Governance * Provide guidance and oversight to implementation teams during configuration, testing, and deployment. * Define configuration standards, design guidelines, and governance frameworks for consistent delivery. * Review solution designs, system setups, and workflows to ensure alignment with best practices. * Partner with product management and engineering teams to provide architectural inputs for product enhancements. Required Skills * 5-15 years of consulting/implementation experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domains. * Minimum 5+ years as a Solution Architect or equivalent role, with proven ability to design large-scale procurement solutions. * Deep expertise in Cloud Procurement Suites such as Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, or similar. * Strong knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics, etc.) with procurement platforms. * Proven ability to design and oversee solution configuration for workflows, master data, reporting dashboards, and integrations. * Exceptional skills in business process re-engineering, gap analysis, and procurement transformation advisory. * Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to influence senior executives and align IT/Procurement strategy. * Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-region, multi-stakeholder procurement transformations. Preferred Qualifications * Certifications in Procurement Suites (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, etc.). * Knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL tools, etc.). * Experience with Agile/SaaS delivery models and cloud-native architecture. * Prior experience in a global consulting or advisory firm is highly desirable.
