Business Objects Consultant

• Design, develop and optimise BusinessObjects reports and dashboards
• Maintain and enhance the BO data warehouse and reporting environment
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust technical reporting solutions
• Improve existing ETL flows (BODS) and ensure data accuracy and performance
• Support data governance, documentation and reporting quality standards
• Collaborate with business teams, architects and BI developers on reporting strategy and roadmaps
• Participate in migrations, upgrades and improvements to the BO platform

• 3+ years experience in SAP BusinessObjects (WebI, BO Universe, BO admin, dashboards)
• Strong background in ETL (BODS) and data warehousing
• Experience delivering specialised / complex BO reports
• Solid SQL skills (Oracle / HANA / DB2 is a plus)
• Comfortable gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
• Experience in public sector, government or regulated environments is a major advantage
• English required - French or German is a plus
