Minimum of 3 years of experience in Blockchain / Crypto / DeFi / Metaverse

• Sound knowledge in innovative technologies; coding expertise is a plus
• Experience managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams
• Passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Exceptional academic background, ideally from a leading university
• Previous experience with Financial Institutions is valued
