Job description

· Administration of cloud and on-premises IT systems. · Ownership of mobile device management (MDM) and telephony. · Being first point of contact for IT support incidents · Provisioning of IT equipment & running inductions for colleagues. · Keeping up to date with emergent technology. · Communicating with colleagues to knowledge-share and ensure they know how their support incidents are progressing. · Assisting with monitoring of systems.
