Job description
We're looking for a Digital Workspace Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys building relationships across the business, and takes pride in delivering brilliant end user experiences.
The role is supporting 3,000 colleagues across the UK, keeping their tech running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will play a vital role in ensuring all user devices remain secure and compliant, identifying and resolving machines that have missed Windows security updates. Your work directly strengthens our business resilience.
Responsibilities
- Managing incidents and service requests through Hornbill and our ITSM platform
- Prioritising and triaging cases to ensure smooth, timely resolutions
- Monitoring systems and maintaining anti-virus/security tooling
- Supporting users with hardware, software, and application issues
- Administering Active Directory, including group policies
- Building and supporting Windows 10/11 devices, iOS/Android, Intune, Autopilot, MobileIron, and deployment tools such as PDQ
- Providing basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN)
- Assisting with patching and maintaining network equipment
- Getting involved in small-scale project work with our Direct Delivery team
Requirements
- Windows 10/11 & M365
- Basic TCP/IP and LAN/WAN Troubleshooting experience
- ITSM & ITIL Experience
- Mobile Device maintenance
- Communicate confidently and build strong relationships across teams
- Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution
- Have hands on experience across Microsoft workspace technologies
