Job description

We are looking for a UC Support Engineer to act as the technical backbone behind our Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform.

In this role, you work closely with partners and business customers to ensure smooth deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of our cloud-based telephony and collaboration solutions. You'll combine strong technical skills with a customer-centric mindset to solve complex issues and deliver outstanding service., * Provide 2nd-line technical support for our UCaaS platform (telephony, PBX, SIP/VoIP, meetings, messaging, contact center).

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to IP networking, VoIP, SIP, routing, firewalls, QoS, and device provisioning.
  • Support partners and customers with setup, configuration, porting, call routing, and integrations.
  • Deliver technical trainings and onboarding sessions to partners and end customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to escalate and follow up on complex cases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Proactively identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to tools, processes, and platform performance.

Requirements

  • Broad IT background and genuine interest in modern cloud and communication technologies.
  • Good understanding of IP networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, QoS), VoIP, and Unified Communications.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured, hands-on approach.
  • Customer-first mindset and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to different audiences.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
  • Either Dutch & French, or French & English fluently - able to deliver trainings in both.
  • Comfortable working with technical documentation in English.
