As a CRM analyst Commercial Tribe, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with data capabilities. You'll be responsible for translating complex business challenges into structured research questions and actionable plans. You will bring order in unstructured data, and help building scalable data assets, your work will empower teams across the organization to make smarter, faster decisions., * Understand and challenge the need for information by identifying the underlying business questions and translating them into a structured plan of approach and research questions.

  • Collect, structure, validate, analyze, and enrich internal and external data using modern methodologies, techniques, and statistical tools.
  • Develop data assets and convert trends, patterns, and forecasts into actionable insights that support campaign development and customer segmentation.
  • Manage CRM Requests, Data modelling projects, and other data initiatives end-to-end: from intake and stakeholder alignment to functional analysis, execution, and documentation.
  • Build and support flexible, self-service data assets such as agile research tools, recurring reports, and forecasts for both internal and external users.
  • Actively promote data literacy across the organization and identify opportunities for process and system improvements in collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in data science, programming, IT-management or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Affinity with data analysis, querying techniques, and the development of scalable data assets.
  • Motivation to manage data projects across various data landscapes and diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude toward improving data literacy and driving process innovation.
