Job description

  • Ensuring the support, operation, and further development of the responsible applications
  • 2nd level support of the applications as well as analysis and handling of incidents
  • Proactive coordination of 3rd level support by software manufacturers
  • Responsible for change and release management of the applications:
  • Maintaining the release roadmap, as well as planning and testing software releases
  • Coordinating software release rollouts with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining documentation (manuals, knowledge base)
  • Providing on-call service (maximum one week per month)
  • Participation in projects

Requirements

  • Experience in application management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, SQL, and application troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer orientation and teamwork skills., * Proven long-term experience in the application area, ideally in healthcare (Axenita, Orbis, M-KIS), as well as solid knowledge in Linux, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), log analysis, and application troubleshooting would be an advantage
  • Training as an IT specialist, higher education at HF or FH level is an advantage
  • Experience with practice/hospital processes is an advantage
  • High customer orientation as well as a strong affinity for the healthcare environment
  • Team-oriented, structured, and solution-focused working style
  • Motivated and committed personality who also likes to contribute own ideas
  • Good methodological knowledge in the area of 2nd level support (ITIL knowledge and certification)
  • Fluent in German spoken and written, basic knowledge of French
