Advanced Enterprise Network Development Engineer

For our Client in Network Technology in Switzerland -Lausanne area- we are looking for an Advanced Enterprise Network Development Engineer for a new team to design and implement connectivity services products for B2B needs Your Mission: to design and implement connectivitiy, network and fix voice solutions for SME as well as Large Corporate enterprise. The solutions will comprise internet/ data, voice and security services. collaborate with other network teams to ensure the seamless integration of the enterprise solutions in existing network infrastructure. in-depth technical expertise in networking technologies to provide support during pre-sales and post sales phases. Your duties Collaborate with stakeholders to understand B2B customer requirements and design scalable and efficient network solutions. Develop detailed designed, considering factors such as security, performance, and scalability. Deploy and configure network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices. Establish and maintain network monitoring tools to proactively identify and address performance issues. Diagnose and resolve complex network problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions for B2B customers. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and post-sales support, to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise at different stage of customer life cycle. Communicate effectively with B2B customers, explaining technical solutions and providing guidance on optimizing network performance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Keep documentation up-to-date to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Commercial launch of products with the other stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with min. 8 years as a Network Engineer with a focus on enterprise solutions- connectivity and voice services. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices. Hands-on experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD WAN and VPNs. Familiarity with B2B integration technologies and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Very good oral and written communication in English. French and German are a plus.
