Enterprise Network Solutions Engineer

For our Client in Network Technology in Switzerland -Lausanne area- we are looking for an Enterprise Network Solutions Engineer for a new team to define end-to-end connectivity services products for B2B needs Your Mission: to analyze and define technical solutions , business requirements focusing on enterprise network solutions working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and software developers and drive the implementation and ensure state of the art processes and solutions. Your duties Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document enterprise network technical solution requirements (related to connectivitiy, security and fix voice services for SME customers). Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications for software developers or selections of tools available on the market (e.g. MS Dynamics). Provide detailed documentation of system architecture, data flows, and integration points for enterprise network solutions. Provide a detailed end2end process description and documentation of all relevant processes (e.g. join, configure, modify, leave) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, software developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Facilitate communication and understanding between technical and non technical stakeholders. Participate in testing processes to validate the functionality and performance of enterprise network solutions. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to enterprise network solutions. Work proactively to identify potential challenges and provide preemptive solutions. Commercial launch of products with the other stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience with min. 5 years as a Solution Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPBX and cloud-based architectures. Strong understanding of end2end processes (from offer to invoice) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Very good oral and written communication in English. French and German are a plus.
