Job description

At Orise, we turn data into decisions-and we are looking for a Global HR Analytics & HRIS Specialist (m/f/d) who is ready to elevate how we work. As we scale globally, you will be the engine behind our HR systems, dashboards, and insights, ensuring our leaders have the clarity they need to act fast and act smart.Work remotely from anywhere in Germany or connect hybridly with us from one of our offices, such as our site in Ludwigshafen. Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain global HR dashboards and standard reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment, diversity, compensation & benefits).
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and derive actionable insights for management.
  • Support HR Business Partners and leaders with workforce analytics to drive strategic HR planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency of KPIs across countries and entities.
  • Administer and continuously improve the global HRIS systems.
  • Manage system updates, testing, and integrations.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant experience in HR analytics or a related area.
  • Proven working experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HRIS), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel skills (familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, data structure, principles and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and strong data quality discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Business fluency in English, a fluency in German is an advantage
