DevOps Engineer (all genders)

• Support and further development of our productive on-premise system landscape
• Operation and configuration of Kubernetes clusters, load balancers (HAProxy, Apache, Nginx) and Windows server services
• Maintenance and optimization of CI/CD pipelines
• Creation, customization and operation of container images and Helm charts
• Monitoring, logging and performance analysis using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack; execution of rollouts and deployments
• Analysis and troubleshooting, as well as participation in stabilizing production systems.

Growth (approx. 30%)

• Further development and maintenance of internal tools and software solutions (e.g. in Java EE, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Implementing new features to improve processes
• Participation in code reviews and quality assurance activities
• Creation of technical documentation

• Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
• Solid expertise in Kubernetes, container technologies and Linux/Windows operations
• Knowledge of Java EE and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Good experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins)
• Confident in handling web servers/load balancers such as HAProxy, Apache or Nginx
• Routine in monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Experience in the productive operation of critical business systems
• Familiar with agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Independent, structured work style and a high sense of responsibility
• Good German and English skills, * Container technologies and Linux/Windows operation: 1 year (Required)
• DevOps Engineering or comparable role: 2 years (Required)
