Remote Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

They are currently in the preparation phase for a global Cloud transformation to SuccessFactors from their legacy HCM system, with the project set to commence this year. They are searching for an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to come in form the beginning, help design the project roadmap and play a really important role in the successful implementation of SuccessFactors and growing out the SF team.

Tasks

• Design, implement, and lead the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
• Demonstrate expertise in managing project progress and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Configure solutions to align with HR requirements and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for the SAP SuccessFactors system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.

• 2+ years' SAP SuccessFactors (Ideally in any of the modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay or Performance & Goals)
• Experience in managing projects and driving digital transformation in HR.
• Strong collaboration skills to align project goals with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
