Job description
- Lead the IT-HR transformation project in the area of SAP SuccessFactors (using both classic and agile methodologies).
- Responsibility for end-to-end process management of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Define project goals, manage project scope and budgets to ensure successful roll-outs
- Upgrade, support, and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrate with other internal-external systems
- Conduct international workshops and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Languages - fluent German
