Drive profitable growth of accounts owned (comprising Fortune 500 companies and mid-sized market leaders), by o Building strategic business relationship, including with their C-suite executives, senior functional leaders and decision makers in the account o Creating and sharing success stories o Ensuring client delight through sustained customer advocacy, backed by world class delivery excellence

Design account growth strategy and roadmap and execute on it

Expand account SAP footprint by positioning downstream, lateral and adjacent demand opportunities with client business and domain teams, generating leads

Proactively support clients' evolving needs, aligning with company SAP practice strategy

Resolve client escalations, working seamlessly with client and internal delivery stakeholders

Help clients rationalize their monthly invoice - ensure savings opportunities are identified and worked to ensure cost optimization

Conduct frequent program reviews with appropriate client personnel
Requirements
- 5-10 years of SAP experience across one or more of technical, pre-sales and solutions towers
- 3+ years' experience in relationship management / account management
- Prior delivery experience across SAP Implementations, Application Support & Maintenance, Rollouts, Upgrades, Development etc. - desirable
- Strong transformation delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA - desirable
- Mature AMS/operations experience in SAP / S/4 HANA - desirable
- Experience with client interfacing up to C-suite is mandatory
- Vertical experience not relevant
- MBA / PGDM or Engineering degree or equivalent - highly preferable
- High aspirations for intrapreneurship / entrepreneurship, autonomy, business impact, global ambition and creativity
- Passion for SAP technology, especially emerging trends, with the ability to articulate their business value
