Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity (ISO 22301) and familiarity with process related to Business impact assessment and Disaster recovery concepts (RTO, RPO, MTPD, MSA etc.)
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and recovery processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with process management tools such as Adonis , Service Now.
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and Strong skills in presentation and documentation (PowerpointPowerPoint).
