Requirements
- 1st Level Support für Hardware:Windows: Notebooks/Detachables/Convertibles (Win10/Win11),MacOS: MacBooks,iOS: iPhones/iPads (inkl. BYOD)
- Unterstützung bei MS Office, VDI Software (Citrix), Bitlocker
- Device- und User-Management in Azure und Intune
- Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Notebooks
- Betreuung deutsch- und englischsprachiger Anwender
- Grundkenntnisse in der Softwareverteilung (Unterstützung bei Installation paketierter Software), * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen: Windows 10/11,Bitlocker,Active Directory,MS Office 365,Virtual Desktops,Einrichtung von Smartphones (Android/iOS),IP-Telefonie,Multi-Factor Authentication,VPN,Netzwerkkonfiguration unter Windows
