Senior Full Stack Engineer

We're building the core platform that powers internal communications at scale, helping organizations connect with their employees efficiently, reliably, and with content that truly matters., * Design, implement, and maintain key frontend features (Angular) integrated with backend microservices (Spring Boot, Java)

• Deliver product work from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and performance
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and product managers to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitor production stability for team-owned features
• Provide technical mentorship, participate in reviews, and ensure architectural consistency
• Proactively identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification

• 5+ years of experience with Angular and 5+ years with Java (Spring Boot), especially in reactive programming
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and asynchronous communication (RabbitMQ or similar)
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features that are intuitive, scalable, and maintainable
• A proactive mindset: you take ownership, communicate clearly, and raise blockers early

Flexibility & Teamwork: We love our hybrid setup and meet to work on-site at least 2 days/week, with Wednesdays as the designated in-office day.
