Data Scientist

• Conduct predictive analytics to understand customer interactions and anticipate needs.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to embed machine learning into products and generate insights.
• Share best analytical practices across the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest in machine learning and data science.
• Communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

• Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coding skills in Python; experience with Scala, R, Java is a plus.
• Experience with frameworks like Spark, TensorFlow, and libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with Big Data technologies (distributed computing, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Kafka).
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore emerging AI solutions.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for debugging, development, and productivity.
• Adaptability and quick learning of new AI features.
