Job description
A forward thinking Swiss tech company are seeking to bolster their team with an experienced full stack developer. Please note this is a fully remote opportunity based from Spain with occasional travel. Full rights to work must already be in place before applying. Responsibilities: Own AI solutions end to end, taking them from concept and architecture through production deployment and ongoing improvement. Design and implement production-grade AI systems, selecting appropriate tools and technologies to ensure reliability and real-world performance. Build and maintain scalable data and ML pipelines, including analytics infrastructure, feature stores, orchestration, deployment, and monitoring. Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy advanced models (including LLM-based systems), and implement retrieval techniques such as RAG and graph-based approaches. Collaborate cross-functionally to define data tracking, analytics foundations, and AI strategy, and optimize models for edge or on-device use
Requirements
when needed. Requirements: Proven experience delivering complete AI solutions end to end, with accountability for deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Strong Python skills and hands-on expertise with ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Solid background in MLOps and data engineering, including tools like MLflow or ZenML, dbt, and cloud data warehouses or data lakes. Experience building and orchestrating data pipelines with Airflow and modern data stacks (e.g., Kafka, Spark, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake). A practical, builder-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, including model evaluation, reliability testing, and experience with RAG, graph retrieval, and prompt design.
