IT Expert Manufacturing Applications

As a Solution Architect you will:

• Deliver IT projects for business applications in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Quality domain.
• Support site-specific applications such as quality and shop floor systems in collaboration with local end-users and stakeholders.
• Manage external delivery staff to ensure project support and business continuity according to service level agreements.
• Define technical designs for IT solutions together with other Solution Architects.
• Document all activities in projects and service management, creating qualification documents, work instructions, change requests, and vulnerability management records.
• As Qualification Owner, oversee compliance for GxP relevant systems in Spain and other European countries, including security aspects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience as a delivery manager, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain or quality systems.
• Strong customer focus, self-motivated, and ability to learn and develop continuously.
• Team player with experience working virtually in an international organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality & GxP IT/OT compliance trends for manufacturing & quality (e.g., LIMS, MES, LABs, SCADA).
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge (OS, DB, system hardening).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, solid foundation in IT service management methodology (ITIL certification preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English; business-fluent French is a strong plus.
