Full Stack Engineer

Fullstack Engineer - Series B AI Startup | Spain (100% Remote)

I'm partnered with a fast-scaling AI startup, fresh off a Series B raise, looking for an early hire Developer to shape the next generation of their platform. You'll build the GenAI behind some of the products that you use every single day.

This is a role for hands-on builders who enjoy owning systems end-to-end, from backend architecture to clean, functional UI. You'll work on production-scale APIs, and tooling that powers real-time generative AI applications. You'll work with

• Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript
• RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL (Prisma)
• Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions), AWS/GCP
• Testing (RSpec, Jest, React Testing Library)

• Solid full-stack experience in startup or product-led teams
• SQL Databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• Ability to design, build, and deploy production-ready features end-to-end
• Proficiency in database design, API development, and performance optimisation
• Solid GitHub or code samples that show technical depth and curiosity
• Series B funding and strong traction with enterprise, media, and government clients
• Work directly on real-time generative AI systems at production scale
• Collaborate with senior engineers in a small, high-impact team with no bureaucracy
• Own architecture decisions, ship fast, and see your work go live in weeks
