Job description

Professional responsible for supervising, configuring, and providing technical support for environments and tools related to Signaturit products, ensuring proper functioning for clients and guaranteeing compliance with internal quality and information security policies.

Main responsibilities include: incident resolution, management of user authentications and licenses, internal and/or client follow-up meetings (previously authorized), reviewing synchronizations and logs, and occasionally assisting in the implementation of integrations carried out by our clients with Signaturit products.

What you will do at Signaturit ?, * Monitor synchronizations and automatic notifications:

  1. Manage and resolve incidents
  2. Weekly internal follow-up meetings to set priorities
  3. Environment monitoring, log review, and SQL queries
  4. Remote connection to client servers
  • Configure tools and resolve initial product issues:
  1. Environment setup based on client needs. Installation and configuration of system components
  2. Implementation of integrations with other systems
  3. Authentication management (LDAP, SAML, SSO, Databases)
  4. License and permission management
  • Support in client management:
  1. Meetings and clarifications with clients regarding integration questions
  2. Resolution of technical inquiries
  • Collaborate in maintaining responsibilities within the organization's Integrated Management System:
  1. Understand and apply Quality and Information Security policies (ISO/IEC 27001 and ENS)
  2. Comply with Environmental Policy guidelines
  3. Follow Business Continuity procedures
  4. If assigned a trusted role, assume the tasks and responsibilities defined for that role
  • Trusted Role:
  1. Review of submitted documentation: authenticity, certificate type, validity
  2. Verification that the application data matches the documentation
  3. Certificates: Approval or rejection of issuance

Requirements

  • Advanced Vocational Training in IT and/or experience in a similar position.
  • Spanish Mandatory & English or French (a plus).
