• Collaborate with engineering teams to design cost-efficient architectures and promote cloud cost awareness.
• Partner with Finance to forecast cloud expenses, align budgets, and support reporting needs.
• Lead cloud cost reviews, anomaly detection, and savings initiatives.
• Stay current with Azure pricing models, service updates, and best practices.

• Proven experience in FinOps or cloud cost management, ideally with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, billing models, and optimization techniques.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with Azure Cost Management, CloudHealth, Cloudability or similar tools would be an asset.
• Exposure to startup scaling challenges and rapid cloud growth (desirable).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
