Job description

  • Define the data migration strategy from legacy HR systems to Oracle HCM.
  • Design, develop, and test ETL processes to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient transfer of HR data.
  • Identify integration points between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, talent management) and define technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Ensure performance and reliability of integration flows.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation for migration and integration components.
  • Resolve technical problems related to migration and integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical integration expert focused on HRIS implementations, data migration, and enterprise application integration.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi - proficiency in at least one platform is mandatory.
  • Proven experience designing and developing ETL processes (extraction, transformation, loading) for large-scale HR data migrations.
  • Solid background in integration architecture, including APIs, web services, message queues, and secure data exchange.
  • Experience supporting production environments: incident management, problem resolution, change control, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Autosys or PowerShell for job scheduling and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or equivalent for performance and availability tracking.
  • Ability to create technical documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Advanced English (C1) and Spanish.
  • Based in Madrid (hybrid role).
