Job description

We are currently looking for a JUNIOR IT Support to join our team in Bellaterra (Barcelona). In this key role,

You will be the direct link with our customers, providing specialized technical support and ensuring the proper operation of our AI-based intelligent video surveillance solutions, both in Spain and internationally. Your mission

Guarantee an exceptional customer experience by resolving incidents, providing assistance with system configuration and maintenance, and collaborating with other teams to continuously improve our services.

Requirements

  • Technical studies in Computer Science or related fields (University degree or Vocational Training).
  • Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and technical support.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory is a plus.
  • English level: B2 or C1.
  • Experience or interest in telephone-based customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
