Your background should include:Deep knowledge of CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems). Proven history of shipping high-quality, production-ready services.Professional experience in Go and/or Java.Practical experience building reactive systems, especially with Kafka.A passion for tackling complex technical challenges and crafting scalable solutions.Familiarity with Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Containerisation (Docker/K8s) (Nice to Have).
