Job Description On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a Business Information Analyst specializing in CRM and Power Platform to join their team in Zwolle, Overijssel. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organization's customer relationship management and digital transformation efforts. Job Description As a Business Information Analyst, you will: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, primarily using MS Dynamics and Power Platform Work in an Agile team to deliver on customer promises Bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions within the company's architectural framework Collaborate with various stakeholders and liaise with suppliers Guide changes through analysis, configuration, and testing phases Contribute to the development of CRM Dynamics along six key pillars of customer service strategy Requirements HBO/WO level education with relevant professional training Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
