Job description
As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your role includes the following key responsibilities:
- Work in challenging and fast-paced SAP transformation programs;
- Coordinate the managed service and act as the key point of contact between the customer and internal departments;
- Ensure compliance with operational processes for the customer and monitor all contractual and financial components;
- Collect, review, and input data into SAP and related software to support projects, timelines, and deliverables;
- Ensure synchronization and integrity of master data across all related business areas;
- Support business system and process integration across the organization, including production, finance, sales, procurement, and other business processes;
- Perform master data audits and validation to ensure conformance to business rules, standards, and metrics that meet business requirements;
- Identify and troubleshoot problems with critical data objects related issues to best meet business needs and objectives;
- Promote effective cross-functional teamwork with the ability to delegate responsibilities;
- Actively participate in and propose data process improvement and data cleansing projects.
Requirements

Do you want to support organizations in the fast-paced environment of change and the array of SAP products?, * You have a degree (bachelor/master/diploma) preferred in business, IT, engineering, business information systems, or a related digital discipline;
- You have over 10 years of experience in leading/delivering implementation of SAP solutions;
- You possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence;
- You are highly experienced in the SAP area and proficient in client-facing roles;
- You excel in both Business integration (BI) and Systems Integration (SI) areas;
- You are able to drive workshops and have difficult conversations with clients;
- You are familiar with end-to-end (E2E) implementation topics, including processes, configuration, development, test management, technical integration, data migration, etc.;
- Having module knowledge such as SD (Sales and Distribution) or MM (Materials Management) is a plus;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written);
- You will be based in Amsterdam and are flexible to work on engagements in other parts of the Netherlands and/or abroad.
