The Digital Data Management team drives a new focus on delivering value with data within Digital teams and across the organisation. The mission of the Data Quality Specialist ESG is to establish and maintain high standards of data quality with a strong focus on ESG-related data, supporting sustainability, diversity, inclusion initiatives, and ESG reporting requirements., * Translate data quality concepts into the ESG context

• Design and implement data quality business and technical rules
• Create ESG data quality dashboards and visualisations
• Educate digital teams on data quality management
• Support ESG data quality implementation in collaboration with Data Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Sustainability, People & Culture, and ESG Reporting
• Build trust and collaborate across domains to improve data quality performance
• Enable reliable data products and foundations for ESG

• Good knowledge of modern Data Quality practices and strategies
• Ability to translate and operationalise data quality concepts into digital solutions
• Ability to define and implement business and technical data quality rules, working with both business and technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of data quality monitoring and visualisation tools
