Job description
- Performing on-site inspections and surveys
- Providing remote hands & eyes for network engineers
- Offering technical support and troubleshooting on-site issues
- Installing and/or replacing networking systems based on (project) requirements
- Participating in equipment testing, maintenance, installation, and planning
- Drafting and submitting reports on work performed to superiors and other key individuals
- Working in on-call/stand-by shifts and outside normal working hours if required
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT support?, * Basic knowledge of routing and switching.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn in a high-paced environment.
Other requirements:
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Certification in networking (CCNA/JNCIA/ACE-A or equivalent preferred).
- 3-5 years' experience in IT support, telecom, or network operations.
