Software Architects

We are growing our Software Architecture capabilities in Oslo to meet the increasing demand from several of our key clients. We're looking for experienced and motivated Software Architects to join our team and help shape innovative, future-ready digital solutions. You will work closely with our consultants in system development, cloud, DevOps, data science, and business development. Together, in cross-functional teams, we design and implement modern, scalable solutions for both public and private sector clients., * Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.

• Drive technology decisions, including cloud architecture, integration patterns, and security models.
• Guide development teams through technical leadership and mentorship.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development practices.
• Ensure architectural best practices are followed through design reviews and hands-on support.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and architecture.
• Solid expertise in .NET and/or Java platforms.
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Understanding of relational (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Specialized knowledge in areas such as security, AI/ML, IoT, or AR/VR is a bonus.
• Experience working in agile, autonomous, value-driven teams., * Strong communicator and collaborator.

• Experience as a consultant or desire to work in consulting.
• Fluent in Norwegian (or strong willingness to achieve fluency).
