IT Support Technician

In this role, you'll join a small specialist team, supporting the IT infrastructure for the business, across multiple sites, primarily in Southampton.

This is a varied role where you'll work with modern technologies, supporting across networking, servers, and desktops, covering remote support and hands-on technical works., * Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

• Provide support for Windows 11 and M365 administration.
• Work with Hyper-V virtual servers and Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking components.
• Support mobile devices including phones, tablets, and scanning equipment.
• Occasional travel to other sites.

• 3+ years' experience in a similar IT support role.
• Full UK driving license.
• Educated to A-Level or equivalent (or higher).
• Right to work in the UK.
