Job description
This is a role built around impact, flexibility, and progression. As an experienced SAP Success Factors Payroll Consultant, you will lead meaningful payroll transformations for complex organisations while enjoying the autonomy of home based working and the backing of a highly respected HR and payroll consulting environment.
You will step into a SAP Success Factors Payroll Consultant position where your expertise is trusted and your voice carries weight. You will lead workstreams, influence delivery decisions, and work closely with senior client stakeholders who value clarity, structure, and outcomes. This is a role designed for consultants who want to shape solutions rather than simply configure them.
As a SAP Success Factors Payroll Consultant, you will benefit from exposure to full lifecycle implementations, from design through go live and post go live support. You will run workshops, guide clients through complex payroll processes, and mentor team members, all while continuing to deepen your own technical and functional capability across SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll.
What you gain in this role
Remote first working with structured but flexible client interaction
High trust environment with ownership of delivery and outcomes
Lead consultant responsibility on major payroll programmes
Ongoing investment in training, certification, and professional development
Opportunity to work across multiple industries and global payroll landscapes
Requirements
To succeed as a SAP Success Factors Payroll Consultant, you will bring 5 to 6 years of SAP Payroll or Employee Central Payroll experience, including 3 to 4 years leading implementations. You will have completed multiple full lifecycle SuccessFactors projects and be confident managing teams, running client workshops, and translating business requirements into robust payroll solutions.
Your experience will include
Certification in SAP Payroll or Employee Central Payroll, or a commitment to complete certification
Deep understanding of payroll processes and configuration
End to end project lifecycle delivery including data migration
Strong knowledge of how SuccessFactors modules integrate and interact
Clear, confident communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders
A consulting mindset with strong organisation, time management, and problem solving skills
Benefits & conditions
Competitive base salary set by the market, typically ranging from £60k to close to £100k depending on experience
