Job description

Our client is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management solutions within a complex, large-scale digital transformation environment.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation delivery, owning key design and deployment decisions, and ensuring solutions meet finance, governance, and service delivery standards. This position requires strong finance functional expertise, senior delivery leadership, and experience operating across complex stakeholder and supplier landscapes., * Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management implementations.

  • Take ownership of solution and technical design decisions, ensuring the solution is fit for purpose.
  • Manage the development, deployment, and transition into support services.
  • Lead change, risk, and issue management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Use data-driven insights to support planning, forecasting, and delivery decision-making.
  • Manage complex internal and external dependencies, including third-party suppliers.
  • Ensure service delivery adheres to appropriate standards, controls, and governance.
  • Act as a key interface between finance stakeholders, delivery teams, and suppliers.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality business and delivery documentation.
  • Work independently while providing strong leadership and direction across delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Strong finance functional knowledge, spanning both transactional and strategic finance.
  • Accounting qualification.
  • At least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management implementations in large organisations.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and cashflow management., * Degree-level qualification (essential).
  • Over 10 years' experience delivering complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes (essential).
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes (essential).
  • Experience working effectively across multi-vendor and third-party supplier environments (essential).
  • Minimum of two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management implementations in large organisations (essential).
  • Strong communication skills with a high standard of business and delivery documentation (essential).
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (essential).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery outcomes (essential).
