Head of Technology

• Define and deliver the technology strategy aligned to business goals
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary technology teams
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, systems, and security
• Drive technology programmes, transformation, and innovation
• Own technology budgets and investment decisions
• Partner with senior stakeholders and report on performance

• Strong strategic and hands-on technical background
• Expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience with cloud-first environments, security, and modern workplace technologies
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills

• Technical degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar)
• Experience in business or technology transformation environments
