Job description

Collaborate with project design leads on a range of industrial and housing developments.

Alternate between office-based tasks and on-site coordination throughout projects in the Midlands region.

Oversee the receipt, organization, and secure storage of all project documentation within the internal management system.

Track and record correspondence and maintain detailed document control records.

Ensure that the database of key deliverable and submission deadlines is accurate and consistently updated.
Requirements
-
Demonstrated background in document coordination within the building and development sector.

Solid understanding of document control systems, along with familiarity with construction terminology, standards, and procedures.

Confident in using digital project platforms such as Viewpoint, Fieldview, and 4Projects, including:

Setting up new projects and user frameworks

Building and maintaining workflow structures

Managing permissions and access controls
-
Clear and effective communicator, comfortable interacting with a wide range of colleagues and partners.

Skilled at analysing issues, anticipating potential problems, and applying practical solutions.

Strong organisational and project coordination abilities, ensuring activities progress on time and within scope.
