Job description

Project Management

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of the Time and Attendance Harmonisation Initiative.
  • Develop detailed project plans timelines and support cost schedule creation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management.

Business Analysis

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current time and attendance processes and payroll systems.
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements process flows and user guides.

Who youll be working with

Internally youll work with the HR Operations team as well as the wider HR Team and with the Global Technology team.

Requirements

This role will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the Time and Attendance Harmonisation Initiative. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and project management expertise to ensure the alignment of business objectives with technology solutions., * Have proven experience as a Business Analyst working within HR primarily focused on core process design payroll or Time and Attendance system initiatives.

  • Have a working Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Prince 2 Agile Waterfall).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA) and business analysis techniques.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
