As the Head of Data/ Head of Data Strategy, you will develop and lead the firm's data strategy including the data platform modernisation, data product development and contributing to development of AI road maps., Defining and delivering a modern, cloud-based data architecture that aligns with business goals, drives value, and supports analytics and AI innovation. -Oversee data platforms and products, ensuring a single, trusted source of truth for reporting and developing insightful tools such as dashboards, KPIs, and client analytics. -Establish and lead data governance frameworks, including ownership, policies, data quality, compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001) and lifecycle management to reduce risk and enhance data integrity. -Collaborating across departments, influencing senior stakeholders, and promoting data literacy to enable smarter, insight-led decision-making.

Experience in designing and deploying successful end to end data strategy -Ability to influence senior leaders, drive change, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the firm. -Strong problem-solving ability with experience balancing business insight and technical depth (data governance, Power BI, SQL, Azure). -Confident engaging both technical and non-technical audiences, with a track record of structured governance, measurable outcomes, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
