Job description
As the EMEA Implementation Partner Manager you will be the linchpin of LogicGate's channel-first strategy in the region. This is a dedicated technical and operational role designed to manage our existing certified implementation partners and lead the expansion of our ecosystem by onboarding new strategic partners in the region.
You will serve as the main technical point of contact for the EMEA partner ecosystem, ensuring they possess the same level of Risk Cloud expertise as our internal teams. You will bridge the gap between LogicGate's internal standards and partner delivery, owning everything from onboarding and enablement to Quality Assurance (QA) and capacity planning. What You'll Do
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Own the Onboarding Lifecycle: Drive the end-to-end onboarding process for new implementation partners. This includes managing Onboarding Request Forms, provisioning Sandbox and Demo environments, and facilitating Partner Success Kickoff meetings.
- Technical Enablement: Lead training sessions to ensure partner consultants achieve appropriate enablement around our product and implementation processes. Manage shadow implementations and provide ongoing SME support to ensure partners are fully enabled to scope and deliver Risk Cloud solutions.
- Tooling & Access: Ensure partners have seamless access to key internal tools to remove friction from their sales and delivery cycles.
Operational Management & Delivery Assurance
- Quality Assurance (QA): Act as the primary technical reviewer for partner-led projects. You will review Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans to ensure assets are complete and meet LogicGate's standards before delivery.
- Project Governance: Host recurring update calls with key partners to track progress, monitor project health, hold our partners accountable, and handle escalations.
- Capacity & Financial Planning: Manage capacity planning to align partner resources with the regional forecast. Oversee outsourcing finances and legal requirements associated with partner engagements.
- Lifecycle Management: Assist our partners in the critical handoff from Implementation Services (IS) to Customer Success (CS), ensuring a smooth transition for the customer.
Strategic Growth & Support
- Ecosystem Expansion: Support the Channel Director by providing SME knowledge during discussions with prospective partners.
- Program Development: Collaborate with the global Partner Success team to innovate and scale our partner model, helping refine playbooks for Partner engagements.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Partner Success within a SaaS or GRC environment. Experience working with or within a channel ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of GRC platforms (Risk Cloud experience is a plus). You should be comfortable reviewing technical configurations, data models, and workflows.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, review SOWs, and track project financials.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills. You will be the face of LogicGate technical excellence to our partners, capable of delivering training and handling sensitive escalations.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently in the EMEA time zone while maintaining alignment with US-based leadership and support teams.
Benefits & conditions
- Impact: You will directly influence the success of our "Channel First" plan in EMEA, playing a critical role in scaling our revenue and delivery capacity.
- Culture: Join a team that values transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
- Growth: Opportunity to define the standard for Partner Success in the region and grow with the expanding EMEA team.
