Job Description We are seeking a Technical Dynamics Platform Engineering Manager to join our software delivery team. In this principal role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of engineers, actively contributing to the team's delivery while shaping its strategic direction. You will play a key role in driving successful outcomes, identifying opportunities to standardise practices across adjacent teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-value software to our customers. Your strong people management capabilities will support the growth and development of your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
