Lead System Architect

Lead the creation and maintenance of architectural artefacts for the Mission Planning & Control product line.

Guide and mentor other architects, influencing the overall design and delivery approach.

Apply MBSE practices to complex system architectures and ensure alignment with product line principles.

Collaborate with multi-skilled teams to deliver solutions on time, on cost, and to quality standards.

Proven expertise in complex systems architecture and practical MBSE experience.

Knowledge of architectural principles in a product line environment is desirable.

Proficiency in Rhapsody & SysML, and IBM Engineering Workflow Management (essential); experience with DOORS Next Generation is advantageous.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate and influence across teams.

Experience leading small to medium work packages autonomously and tackling highly complex challenges.

Bonus up to 21% of base salary.
