Job description

  • Manage the development and deployment of IT solutions, change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services.
  • Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery and assist project decision-making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment.
  • Use data to inform planning.
  • Manage complex internal and external dependencies.
  • Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.

Requirements

  • Strong finance functional knowledge
  • Accounting qualification
  • Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations
  • Strong finance function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic finance business areas
  • Budgeting and cashflow management
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (essential)
  • Ten or more years of experience in data migration, with at least Five or more years demonstrated experience with OIC in a lead role (essential)
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Migration Architect Professional certification (highly desirable)
  • Solid understanding of Fusion data models and experience interfacing with FBDI, HDL, and BICC artefacts (essential)
  • Proven experience in leading data migration projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management, HCM and EPM within a complex legacy environment of source systems, which include Oracle and non-Oracle point systems (essential)
  • Proven experience of Oracle master data management products (essential)
  • Strong understanding of data management methodologies (essential)
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM Cloud integrations (highly desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (essential)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills (essential)
  • Ability to work independently (essential)
