Network Engineer

At Portsmouth Water, we are seeking a Network Engineer who is committed to building and maintaining secure, resilient, and innovative network solutions. As part of our expanding IT team, we re looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join us.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting both traditional and cloud-based network environments, with a particular focus on Fortinet technologies and network security. If you are ready to make an impact, we want you on our team!, * Maintain secure network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and security appliances
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues
• Support cloud networking (Azure) and hybrid connectivity
• Implement and maintain network security measures

• Hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies
• Strong knowledge of traditional networking
• Experience with cloud networking
• Experience with network security, firewalls, and access control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications are desirable
